A Research to Determine the Ethical Climate Perception of Nurses Who Work In Private Hospitals

Objective: It’s imperative that organizations want to exist in the business world where competition is intense and ensure should create a positive ethical climate perception. The aim of this study was determine level perceptions nurses who work private hospital whether differ according demographic characteristics. Methods: conducted between July-September 2018 on 154 working at two hospitals(in Istanbul Yalova). Research data were collected from these hospitals. This descriptive cross-sectional study. Results: According findings, it determined perception participants generally positive. In dimensions, found most patient dimension, while negative physicians dimension. At gender differed statistically managers dimension time patients dimension(p<0.05). Perception didn’t significantly with age, educational marital status (p>0.05). Conclusions: It highly positive, influenced by year work. sub-dimension, negative, physician thought results obtained can be guide supporting behavior.
